When she rang on day two, she wanted to make sure I had slept soundly. The prior night, there had been a bit of noise from the neighboring room which had interrupted my sleep. I was impressed with the wine menu, which included Heidi Schröck’s Ried Vogelsang from the town of Rust in the Burgenland in Austria.
